Le Center restaurant gets a makeover
Restaurant makeover; Evies’ Soups & More is a casual dining restaurant in Le Center, MN, known for its hearty home-cooked meals and welcoming atmosphere. Evie wanted to update the restaurant during the COVID-19 closure. With the request to keep a few existing fixtures and of course, stay on budget. Working together, we were able to add a few new versatile fixtures, a few updates to current pieces, and build a custom cabinet to utilize a tight space.
Steve Simon, Project Manager shares, “It is no secret that Covid-19 has left local businesses hurting. We want to help bring a new polished shine to lift spirits in the local community. Utilizing the existing fixtures and area of the business, we can bring a fresh look and feel to a space well known to those in the community.”

Our scope included:
Custom serve line: We refinished the serving line and installed a new more durable countertop.
Point of service: We refinished the POS station and added new shelving, doors, and hardware.
Custom sliding door cabinetry: We incorporated sliding doors into specific cabinets to maximize space.
Custom countertops: Sticking to a budget is much easier with versatile laminate countertops.
Beverage station: We built a custom, sliding door cabinet self-serve coffee buffet.
Divider wall: Custom-built divider wall finished to match cabinets.
