Minnesota Millwork & Fixtures is the industry leader with over 40-years of experience serving the hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and retail sectors. We manufacture commercial casework, millwork, tables, upholstered booths, and custom metalwork fixtures. From start to finish, we are always striving to providing outstanding customer service during the process. We take pride in being a pillar in the local Lonsdale, Minnesota community through our growth and job creation. Company Founded
The company was founded by Randy Stangler, under the name R & L Woodcraft. They began in a garage in Veseli, MN and initially focused on crafting residential cabinets.
1992
Shifting Focus
Producing commercial cabinets became the main focus and they started making work for Olive Garden

A new 53,000 square feet facility in Lonsdale, MN is built

Airing in August 2024, Minnesota Millwork & Fixtures was prominently featured in a special episode of Manufacturing Marvels, a two-minute televised series on The Fox Business Network that takes viewers behind the scenes of North American manufacturing. Each episode spotlights a different manufacturer, highlighting their products, production processes, and customer impact.
Our segment provided a great overview of the Minnesota Millwork campus, showcasing our cutting-edge facilities, innovative manufacturing techniques, and the high-quality fixtures we produce. During a recent trip to a conference in Florida, The Melting Pot awarded Minnesota Millwork and Fixtures the 2023 Own It Award. This recognition follows years of collaboration in updating their many locations with millwork, custom booths, fixtures, and more.

2018 Best New Vendor - The Melting Pot
Minnesota Millwork and Fixtures won the award for Best New Vendor in 2018. In early 2018 Minnesota Millwork and Fixtures began working with The Melting Pot, a specialty fondue franchise with 130 locations nationwide, on their booths, chairs, cabinetry and other fixtures and architectural millwork. From the start Minnesota Millwork and the Melting Pot have collaborated on design, value engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, install and full-service support and communication along the way.
According to Scott Evans, director of Construction and Design for Front Burner Brands- “This best new vendor has a solid reputation of working regularly with select groups of other major restaurant chains. Their design and approval process is thorough and detailed as they insured everything was up to specification and approved upon and value engineered our designs. The products they constructed and delivered were high quality and the craftsmanship was world class. The additional surprise with the installation team who’s experience, and background told me immediately we had an additional valuable benefit above and beyond the products they provided.”
