Wood Finishes

We have the capabilities to apply a few finish options to the wood you choose for your project. Of course you can always go with a natural wood, but we also offer a stained finish, a painted finish, a varnished finish, and lastly an epoxy glossy finish.

Do you have a pre existing color or style of wood in your project you need to match? No problem, we can also stain match your wood material to seamlessly blend in with any other pieces of the project.  

Staining wood enhances its natural beauty and adds durability by highlighting the grain patterns while offering a protective layer. We use precise staining techniques that allow for a wide range of rich colors and finishes, from light and subtle hues to deep, bold tones.

A painted finish is always a good option when you are looking to give color to the material. Although this mainly covers up most of the natural wood texture being able to shine. We offer both manual and automated paint applications. For larger projects we utilize a state-of-the-art paint line that delivers precision and efficiency. Whether you need a smooth, high-gloss finish or a more textured, matte look, our capabilities ensure a flawless result.

A varnish finish is an excellent choice for enhancing and protecting the natural beauty of wood. While it allows the wood's texture and grain to shine through, it adds a durable, clear layer that can range from a subtle matte to a high-gloss sheen.

An epoxy finish provides a robust, high-gloss coating that not only enhances the visual appeal of wood but also offers exceptional durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and wear. Ideal for surfaces that demand both strength and style, our epoxy application process ensures a seamless, glass-like finish.

Composite Materials

We work with composite materials like particle board and MDF to make durable, custom products. Particle board is made from wood chips and resin, while MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) is crafted from compressed wood fibers. Sheet Goods / Laminate

A lot of our custom products use sheet goods or laminates such as veneer sheets, melamine, and PVC laminate. Veneer sheets are thin layers of natural wood applied to a core, offering the look of solid wood at a fraction of the cost. Melamine panels are made by fusing a decorative layer directly onto particle board or MDF, resulting in a durable, low-maintenance surface. PVC laminate is a multi-layered sheet made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) that is used for decoration and protection.

These materials are popular in covering materials when producing cabinetry, wall panels, and furniture, offering a range of design options with excellent durability. We house a lot of these materials in house, but if we are in need of something custom, we source it out through our trusted vendor suppliers to ensure consistent quality for every project.
